Most House Builders do their best to provide a good house every time with their own quality control processes, however with the housing market being particularly busy these days it's not uncommon to see a fault or two slip through the quality control net.
Once appointed, the Checkahouse surveryors will arrange to carry out their professional inspection as soon as possible and the property will be assessed against accepted standards and NHBC guidance.
The team will then pass our comprehensive report to the house builder within 48 hours. The swift production of the report means the house builder has plenty of time to rectify any issues the Checkahouse survey team may identify.
